Definitions

Shop – STREETWEAR COUNTRY online store , operating at www.streetwearcountry.com , selling goods via the Internet;

Working days – all days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays;

Order processing time - the time within which the Store will complete the order and forward it to the carrier executing the form of delivery chosen by the Customer;

Customer - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality making purchases in the Store and having a customer account;

Customer Account - a database containing Customer data used to fulfill orders, order history, Customer preferences regarding selected store functionalities, data regarding payments and overpayments for orders;

Electronic transfer - payment made by the Client from an online bank account, via online payment systems;

Products – goods sold via the Online Store

GENERAL PROVISIONS:

  1. The Regulations define the rules for concluding a sales agreement via the Store website, operating at www.streetwear.com. The Regulations are provided in the form of a PDF file, which allows it to be downloaded, saved and printed.
  2. All products offered in the Store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects and have been legally introduced to the Polish market.
  3. Contact with the Store is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the proviso that contact with the store service is possible from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 at the e-mail address streetwearcountry@gmail.com - shipment of goods, changes to the order, returns, suggestions regarding products and store operation.
  4. The use of the Store is possible provided that the IT system used by the customer meets the following minimum technical requirements: a web browser with Java Script support: Internet Explorer (version 8.0 or newer), Mozilla Firefox (version 22 or newer) or Google Chrome (version 27 or newer), minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels as well as having an e-mail account operating on any server and access to the Internet.

STORE TERMS OF USE:

  1. The store sells products via the Internet.
  2. The condition for registration is to read and accept the regulations.
  3. Information provided by the customer during registration or required for purchases without registration should be true and up-to-date. In the event of providing false, out-of-date or questionable information, the Seller will attempt to contact the customer to complete or verify it. In the event that contact with the customer is not possible, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to process the order.

PLACING ORDERS:

  1. The customer can place orders 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and their fulfillment takes place on working days from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00. Fulfillment of orders placed on working days before 10:00, and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays begins on the next working day.
  2. In order to place an order, the Customer is obliged to:

- selection of ordered goods or services,

- delivery address

- selecting a payment method from those available in the Store.

  1. After the customer has provided all the necessary data, a summary of the placed Order will be displayed, including: a description of the subject of the order, the unit and total price of the ordered goods, the type and costs of delivery, the customer's data and address.
  2. The ordering procedure ends when the customer selects the "Order and pay" option. This action means that the order has been placed. A message is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer when placing the order, confirming that the order has been accepted for processing, and then current information about the progress of the order.
  3. Upon receipt of the order confirmation from the Seller to the e-mail address provided by the Customer, the Customer concludes a sales contract with the Seller for the goods covered by the order.
  4. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the Store will notify the Customer of this fact no later than 21 days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the specification indicated in point 4 above. The notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer in the order form. If the Customer pays for the order referred to in the sentence above, the Store will refund the money paid.
  5. If it is not possible to complete part of the order, the Customer is informed about the status of the order and decides on the manner of its completion.

The customer has the following options:

- partial fulfillment – ​​the Customer decides to fulfill the order using the products available at that moment;

  1. The photos and other forms of visualization and presentation of products presented on the Store's websites do not reflect their actual size - they are for informational purposes only.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS:

  1. All prices are given in Polish zloty and include VAT.
  2. The price given for each product is binding at the time the customer places the order.
  3. Information about the total value of the order, including shipping costs, is displayed after the customer selects the form of delivery of the order.
  4. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods in the offer, introduce new goods to the Store's offer, conduct and cancel promotional campaigns on the Store's websites, or introduce changes to them. The above does not affect orders placed before the date of entry into force of the change in price, terms of promotional campaigns or sales, which will be implemented on the current terms.
  5. Promotions in the Store cannot be combined, unless the terms and conditions of a given promotion state otherwise.
  6. The payment methods available in the Store are:

- online transfer via PayPal

- Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro (The entity providing online payment services for card payments is Stripe)

RECEIPTS AND INVOICES:

  1. The proof of purchase in the online store www.streetwearcountry.com is the e-mail confirmation sent after the customer places the order.

ORDER COMPLETION TIMES

  1. Fulfillment of an order should be understood as the delivery of the ordered goods to the customer.
  2. The order will be fulfilled after it has been paid for.
  3. The order processing time is up to 30 business days from the moment of sending to the customer's e-mail address provided by the customer when placing the order information about receipt of payment for the ordered goods and commencement of order processing.
  4. Delivery in Poland is carried out by the courier company Cainiao/Poczta Polska

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

  1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, in accordance with Art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827).
  2. To proceed with the return, you must express your desire to return the product by contacting the store's email address (streetwearcountry@gmail.com) stating:
  • order number/name and surname of the person ordering
  • names of returned products

to obtain a valid returns form.

3. After receiving it, please fill it out, attach it to the goods being shipped and, within 14 days of receiving the package, send the product(s) to the address provided on the form.

4. The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer in the case of services with properties specified by the consumer in the order placed by him or her or closely related to his or her person. This means that the Seller is not obliged to accept the return of goods made to the customer's order or modified at the customer's request.

5. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered as not concluded, and whatever the parties have provided to the contract is subject to refund.

6. In the event of the consumer withdrawing from the contract on the terms described above, he or she is obliged to return the products covered by the contract in an unchanged state. The return should take place no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract and receipt of the return order.

    RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT/RETURNS OUTSIDE OF POLAND

    If you wish to return your product and you are a citizen of any other country than Poland, please send your product at the address of the shop STREETWEAR COUNTRY provided on a return formulae within 14 days after receiving your whole order.

    Please remember the costs of returning the product from the country other than Poland must be incurred by the customer so verify the information about sending a package to Poland to know the costs of return in case you wished to do so.

    Complaints Terms

    In the event of a defect in the goods or non-conformity with the contract, the Customer has the right to make a complaint. The complaint should be filed within 14 days from the date of discovery of the defect or non-conformity.

    Complaints can be submitted via:

    The complaint should include:

    • Customer's name and surname
    • Order number
    • Description of the defect or non-conformity of the goods
    • Customer request (repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract)

    The Seller undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 working days of its submission. The Customer will be informed immediately about the result of the complaint.

    PERSONAL DATA

    1. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is included in the Privacy Policy.

    FINAL PROVISIONS

    1. Information about the goods presented on the Store's website, in particular their descriptions and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a contract as defined in Article 71 of the Civil Code.
    2. In matters not regulated in the regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
    3. The store reserves the right to change the regulations. The Seller will notify customers of any change to the regulations by placing an appropriate message on the website www.streetwearcountry.com. Customers who have registered in the Store will be notified of the change to the regulations and the possibility of accepting them when logging in to the Store for the first time, counting from the moment the new regulations come into force. Refusal to accept the regulations is equivalent to terminating the agreement for the provision of services by electronic means.
    4. In the event of a change in the regulations, orders placed before the date of introduction of changes to the regulations will be fulfilled under the existing principles.
